WHERE IS YOUR STORE LOCATED?Currently, our shop is only online. We are a proudly Canadian-owned company, and most of our products are consolidated and shipped from our headquarters in Toronto, ON.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?Orders that are placed Monday - Friday will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders that are placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with confirmation and a tracking number. Pre-orders may be subject to extended lead-times, depending on where the product is coming from. Estimated times will be listed before you place your pre-order.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN IF AN ITEM IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR PRE-SALE?Since we are continuously expanding our product selection, we want our community to be able to purchase the item before it's in the store. This means that you will receive the product before anyone else. It's very exclusive and allows you to purchase a piece that no one else has! HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT TO RECEIVE MY PRE-SALE ITEM?For pre-sale items, you should allow 4-5 weeks before receiving your order. However, exact times will differ from product to product - you might receive yours sooner. Estimated lead times will be listed so you have a better idea upon purchase. Once we receive the products, we will send your order to you. Quality artisan goods are always worth the wait!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?Due to the handmade nature of our products, please remember there may be slight variations in colour and design. This is what we love about artisanship - you will have a truly unique product! We think you will love your Smuggler product, but are happy to accept returns/exchanges on products that are unused, and in their original packaging, within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility (this includes shipping, and any duties and/or taxes back to our headquarters in Toronto, ON). We strongly recommend using a shipping service that provides a tracking number, as The Smuggler will not be responsible for any return items that are lost or damaged in transit. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after receiving the original item. Any discount/sale items will be final sale.
